Our Story
Helena's Cafe has been a quiet constant on Lomita Boulevard — a place where the bell above the door announces you before the smell of browned butter and toasted grain does. We bake in small batches, using time-honored techniques and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Every croissant is laminated by hand. Every loaf is shaped with patience. We believe that good food doesn't need to shout — it just needs to be made well, and served with warmth.
